Understands regional promotions / offers, packages and pertinent regional information reviews hotel results through Curtis-C month end reports on a timely basis and provides feedback to the Director of Rooms. Understands all Data Base work sheets and uses correctly in a manner which is suitable to everyone. Review hotel data base on a regular manner. Understands default room type strategies. Build a good rapport with local Travel Agencies and tour operator’s representatives. Aware and follow the hotel credit policy.
