- Provide technical support, advice, and assistance to consumers and businesses with technical, hardware, and software system problems. - Interact with end-users via phone, email, or messaging to help resolve their technical issues. - Coordinating shipping of goods for repair to service center and back. - Sales, primarily distributor sales in assigned territory - Upholding the sales documents and reports of the business deals - Assist distributors in developing market for our products - Research, solicit, select and train potential distributors - Formulating the monthly reports of the sales profits of the establishment - Other duties and projects, as assigned |
